Increasing learning engagement via distance simulation

Recorded September 15, 2021 | 1 Hour
Online
The pandemic forced remote instruction in various forms, including simulation experiences ranging from conversation to escape rooms, 3D printing, task training, and augmented reality. As schools return to hybrid or fully in-person, distance simulation will continue.

Distance simulation brings together students, instructors, and tools—regardless of their location. As a facilitator of research on different distance simulation modalities, our speaker will share findings on what creates the highest levels of engagement and efficacy and offer best practices.
