Enablon France SAS (a French Société par Actions Simplifiée with a capital of 2 883 980 euros, with headquarters located 17 avenue de l’Europe 92270 Bois Colombes) is the owner of this site and is responsible for processing your personal data. Enablon publishes software for sustainable performance management.

Our global privacy policy aims to explain to you how Enablon France SAS collects, uses, and communicates the information you provide via its corporate website. Please read it fully before using this site or sending us information about yourself. Enablon takes the necessary steps to ensure a level of security of your personal data, related to and in accordance with the law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, called “Informatique et Libertés” (Information Technology and Civil Liberties) and the new European regulation, the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/79 of 27 April 2016), applicable from 25 May 2018.

What personal data do we collect?

Enablon collects in particular your last name, first name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, position within your company, department and/or title, company, role, connection data (dates and times of connections, IP address) and data about your browsing activity, preferences and interests, and products consulted.

When do we collect your personal data?

Enablon collects information that you provide voluntarily, especially when you:

  • Request a demonstration of a product or an estimate
  • Participate in an event, a conference, or a webinar
  • Wish to be contacted by a sales representative

When you fill out fields, information that is mandatory is indicated by an asterisk, as this information is necessary for us to be able to provide you with information about our products and services or to allow you to purchase a product. If this mandatory information is not provided, we will not be able to provide you with what you expect. Information you give us directly:Enablon collects the information you provide voluntarily, for example when filling out a contact form, requesting a product demo, registering for a webinar or event, uploading content, etc. Personal information collected may include your family name, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, position within your company, title, company, or any other personal data that you have voluntarily entered on the fields on the forms.

Information we collect automatically:

Certain information, especially technical data or data concerning the consultation of the site as well as its functionalities, is collected automatically as you consult the site, by cookies, integrated URLs, widgets, and other technical tools. The information collected includes information about the browser used, details about the pages of the site you visited, the hyperlinks you clicked, your IP address, etc.

Your personal data may be communicated pursuant to a law, regulation, decision of a regulatory or judicial authority and lastly, if necessary for Enablon France SAS in order to preserve its rights and interests.

Where is your personal data stored and is it safe?

Your personal data is stored either in our databases or in those of our service providers, located in the European Union and the United States of America (in the latter case, Enablon has set up rigorous and appropriate organizational, procedural, technical, and personnel measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data).

Enablon attaches great importance to the security of your data. This is why we take all appropriate measures to prevent, as far as possible, any alteration or loss of your data or unauthorized access to it.

Will your personal data be transferred outside of the European Union?

For the purposes mentioned above, Enablon will be able to transmit your personal data to companies located in countries that are not members of the European Economic Area, whose legislation on the protection of personal data differs from those of the European Union.

In this case, rigorous and appropriate organizational, procedural, technical, and personnel measures ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data.

What are your rights concerning your personal data?

You have a right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data, as well as a right to limit the processing and portability of your data. You also have the right to object for legitimate reasons to the processing of your personal data and the right to oppose the processing of your data for prospecting purposes. You finally have the right to lodge a claim with the national supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data against our processing of your personal data. Lastly: any request by post or email must be signed and accompanied by signed proof of identity and you must specify the address at which you want to receive the response. A response will be sent to you within one to three months of receiving the request.

For how long will your personal data be kept?

Your personal data is kept for a period that does not exceed the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Thus, in the context of our business relations, your data will be kept for the duration of our contractual relationship and during the legal statutory period from the end of the said contractual relationship, when they present an administrative interest, especially for the proof of a right or contract.

Data collected for commercial prospecting purposes will be kept for a period of 2 years.
