For the fourth consecutive year, Wolters Kluwer hosted the Global Innovation Awards – a global competition encouraging the development and implementation of innovative solutions from within – with resounding results from the creative minds of our employees.
This annual company-wide competition has traditionally attracted great participation and interest among employees, and 2015 was no exception with more than 400 total entries submitted companywide.
Innovation is crucial for our customers and our company. The Global Innovation Awards is one of the ways to instill and inspire a critical and forward-thinking mentality in all our business development, operations and go-to-market approaches, as well as our internal culture.
“It is truly one of the highlights of my year!” said Nancy McKinstry, CEO and Chairman of the Board, who is a part of the committee that picks the final winners. “I love being inspired by the energy and passion of everyone in the room – the presenters and the jury. Every team did a great job. We had a wonderful day with lots of laughter, and even LEGO characters representing customer personas!”
