Donna Ketler is the Senior Vice President, Operations at Wolters Kluwer Health. In this role, Donna is leading the transformation of content operations, production, and contact center organizations across the Health division, building a roadmap for best-in-class performance to optimize processes and tools.
An accomplished technology and operations executive with a proven track record of driving digital transformation and operational excellence across global enterprises, Donna joined Wolters Kluwer in June 2025. Previously, Donna was SVP, Global Software Engineering at Wiley. From her tenure at Wiley, she brings to Wolters Kluwer nearly 30 years of experience in content operations, digital transformation, platform modernization, AI integration, and cultivating high-performing global teams.
A graduate of Widener University, Donna also holds a Master of Business Administration and an MS of Science in Education from the University of New Haven.
