    More information regarding Health & Safety guidelines and protocols will be available as we draw nearer to the conference. If you are interested in attending our event in person, please review the following health and safety guidelines before you register: 

    • CDC and WHO COVID-19 guidelines and protocols
    • Health and travel restrictions from both your originating location/state and local travel restrictions in the event destination, including Executive Orders issued by the state/local Departments of Health
    • Major airlines' COVID-19 response and rules

    Guests are welcome to join you at #CCHUC22, but guest access is limited to evening and meals. Guests will not be permitted to join sessions. 

  • Cancellation Policy & Refunds

    Cancellation and refunds:
    Cancellations made prior to October 3, 2022 will receive a full refund, minus a $275 processing fee.
    Cancellations made between October 3–21, 2022, will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
    For cancellations made on or after October 22, 2022, no refund will be issued.

    Registration changes:
    You may change registered attendees for no charge prior to October 3. Changes made on or after October 3 will come with a $100 processing fee.
