    Health and Travel Considerations for In-Person Attendance
    If you are interested in attending our event in person, before you register please review the following health and safety guidelines: 

    • CDC and WHO COVID-19 guidelines and protocols
    • Health and travel restrictions from both your originating location/state and local travel restrictions in the event destination, including Executive Orders issued by the state/local Departments of Health
    • Major airlines' COVID-19 response and rules

    For participants who are uncomfortable, unable, or unwilling to comply with all policies, protocols, and instructions, please register as a virtual attendee. 

    Note: Restrictions, protocols, and instructions may change. Please continue to check for changes in medical guidelines, travel restrictions, and venue protocols to determine how they may affect your participation. 

    Guidelines for In-Person Attendees
    We are following guidance from the CDC and local health departments. For attendee who wish to attend in person, you will be required to comply with all health and safety guidelines, protocols, and instructions before, during, and after the event. For example: 

    • Upon arrival, all in-person attendees must show picture proof of full vaccination card (to the extent permitted by applicable law) OR a negative PCR COVID test conducted within three days prior to arrival. 
    • If you have tested positive for COVID-19, are waiting for COVID-19 test results, have COVID-19 symptoms, or have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for or who has symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days prior to the event, we ask that you please stay home. Our team can assist you with virtual access. 
    • After the event, you agree to notify us if you test positive and agree to cooperate in contact tracing if needed. 

    Wolters Kluwer Health and Safety In-Person Protocols
    We take your health and safety seriously. Our team is working closely with agencies and our partners to establish protocols for all onsite in-person attendees. Some of the measures under consideration for onsite attendees include: 

    • Physical distancing 
    • Use of face coverings
    • Practicing hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette
    • Sanitizing stations
    • Contactless registration
    • Health screenings
    • Event entry criteria
    • Participating in contact tracing

  • Early Bird Pricing & Bundling Options

    Onsite Registration
    Registration pricing for the onsite experience in Austin, TX does not change throughout the year. There is no Early Bird or Late Registration -- from launch through the conference itself the price remains $1,999. Similarly, the Additional Attendee Discount for onsite registration remains constant at $100 off for the full registration period. After registering your first attendee, you will receive a link in your confirmation email to register additional attendees at the $100 discount. 

    Virtual Registration
    Virtual conference registration does change throughout the year. See the chart below for the discount schedule and corresponding pricing for each bundle option. 

    Virtual conference registration also comes with a different Additional Attendee pricing system. Virtual conference registration can be bundled in packages of 3 attendees, 5 attendees, or 10 attendees. The more you bundle, the more you save: 

    • 3-Pack: 20% off vs. the cost of three individual registrations
    • 5-Pack: 30% off vs. the cost of five individual registrations
    • 10-Pack: 40% off vs. the cost of ten individual registrations

  • Cancellation & Refunds

    Onsite Registration Cancellation & Refunds
    Cancellations made prior to August 31, 2021 will receive a full refund, minus a $275 processing fee.

    Cancellations made between September 1 – 17, 2021, will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.

    Cancellations made on or after September 18, 2021, no refund will be issued.

    Onsite Conference - Changing Registrants
    You are more than welcome to change a registration (i.e. change the name on a registration) for no charge prior to September 1, 2021. Beginning September 2, 2021, any registration changes will come with a $100 processing fee.

    Virtual Registration Cancellation & Refunds
    Cancellations made on or before October 8, 2021, will received a full refund, minus a $275 processing fee. Cancellations made on or after October 9, 2021, no refund will be issued.

    Virtual Conference - Changing Registrants 
    You are more than welcome to change a registration (i.e. change the name on a registration) for no charge prior to September 1, 2021. Beginning September 2, 2021, any registration changes will come with a $100 processing fee.

  • Hotel Information & Room Reservations

    Hotel Information
    The host hotel for the CCH Connections: User Conference is the JW Marriott Austin in Austin, Texas. 

    Room Reservations
    While meals and any transportation from the hotel to off-site events are included in the price of registration, your hotel room fee is not included in the price of registration. We have, however, arranged for a discounted room rate of $289 per night. Once you have completed your registration, a link to book your room at the discounted rate will be included in your confirmation email.
