Alex Halow has been a member of CT’s Precedent Department since 2015. He tracks legislation affecting corporations, LLCs, and other business entities, and helps maintain a national database of business entity filing requirements.
He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (BA ‘91) and Cornell Law School (JD ‘95). Before joining CT he practiced immigration law, and earlier in his career worked in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Alex is also a trained mediator.
