  • When is TeamMate Live 2021?

  • How many people are expected to attend TeamMate Live?
    We expect hundreds of attendees. The attendees represent corporations, associations, government organizations and other businesses of all sizes.
  • I am a prospective customer and want to know if I can attend the event without having purchased TeamMate?
    The information presented at the event is intended for TeamMate users. If you have questions about whether you are eligible to attend, please send an email to [email protected].
  • I have question about TeamMate. What can I do to ensure that it is answered during the event?
    For immediate answers to all questions, please send an email to TeamMate Support, or call the product support line for your region. There will also be many TeamMate product experts onsite at the event, who will be happy to assist you. As always, you are welcome to email your TeamMate representative with any questions you have whether it's before, during or after the conference.
  • Suppose I see a product or service that I would like to implement immediately. Can I make arrangements at TeamMate Live for such a purchase?
    Certainly. The event is all about our customers and their needs. If our customers want to acquire a solution they saw at the conference, it will be available to them immediately.
  • Will I have an opportunity to follow-up with people I heard speak at TeamMate Live and discuss specific products, trends, and news with them?
    Yes. There will be many opportunities to connect with our keynote speakers and professionals who can answer all your questions during the event or after you return home.
  • What is the TeamMate Live cancellation policy?
  • At this conference, will TeamMate discuss the latest software enhancements and products they are developing?
    Yes. We are looking forward to sharing the latest information on TeamMate as well as other products and services that benefit audit professionals.

  • When is the virtual conference?
    Monday, September 20, 2021 – Wednesday, September 22, 2021
  • What is the cost of the virtual conference?
    The cost is $795 for a virtual registration this includes access to the live virtual event and on-demand access.
  • Has the schedule for the conference changed for the virtual experience?
    Yes, the conference schedule has been adjusted to fit a virtual environment. We have condensed the content into 2 and ½ half days to allow for more flexibility and accommodate as many time zones as possible. Registration for the virtual conference will also include on-demand access to additional self-study sessions.
  • If my company has a corporate firewall in place will I still be able to participate?
    In most cases firewalls will not pose an issue. You should be able to participate in the entire event even if your company has a firewall in place. If you are worried about your company firewall you can run a system to see any potential issues. Click here to run a system check.
  • What if I already registered for the in-person event? How will my registration be handled?
    A TeamMate team member will be reaching out to each individual registered for the in-person event to share transfer options. If you have not received a communication from a TeamMate team member yet please contact us at [email protected].
  • What if I already made a hotel reservation for the in-person event?
    If you have reserved a room through the conference hotel block, the hotel has canceled your reservation. No action is required on your part. A receipt of cancellation will be emailed to the email address on file with the hotel. If your hotel cancellation email has not come through yet, please contact us at [email protected].
  • Will CPE credits be available at the virtual conference?
    Yes, attendees can earn up to 30+ CPE by taking advantage of the live sessions and on-demand sessions available after the conference.
  • Which courses can I earn CPEs in during the Live Event?
    More than 40 of the TeamMate Live 2021 sessions qualify as Group-internet based or Self-Study CPE and are accepted in all US States. Specific CPE eligibility is noted by session in the event.
  • What are the CPE eligibility requirements?

  • Will any session content be presented in Spanish, Portuguese, or a language other than English? 
    No. All TeamMate Live sessions are created and presented in English.
  • Will I need to download software to fully use the platform?
    No. The only tool you need to run the platform is an internet browser.
  • Networking is one of the best parts of TeamMate Live. How will networking opportunities be incorporated into the virtual conference?
