As climate change increasingly impacts patient outcomes, health care operations, and community health, Nursing Professional Development (NPD) practitioners are well-positioned to prepare the workforce for emerging challenges. This session explores the intersection of climate and health through the lens of the ANPD Scope and Standards, highlighting opportunities for NPD practitioners to advance environmental stewardship, systems thinking, and evidence-informed practice.
