Lene is a tax director with PwC Denmark International and Deals Tax group. She has more than 10 years’ experience dealing with international tax matters, including cross-border mergers, acquisitions, withholding taxes, CFC taxation, permanent establishments etc.

She has wide expertise in dealing with Danish corporate tax issues, tax cases, rules on limitation of interest deductibility and tax strategy.
