The purpose of the webinar is to discuss the impact of the Global Minimum Tax Rules on M&A deals. At the end of the webinar, the participants will obtain new insights on:

  • The impact of Pillar II rules on share deals, asset deals and reorganizations such as mergers and demergers and
  • Deal structuring, contractual protections and post acquisition considerations that MNEs will need to keep in mind.
