Description
The official peer-reviewed publication of the Japanese Society of Pathology publishes articles of scientific excellence in human and experimental pathology and occasionally features an invited review on a topical issue.
For human pathology, morphological investigations are a priority but work describing the result of any ancillary methods (cellular, chemical, immunological and molecular biological) that complement the morphology are also featured. Work on experimental pathology that approaches pathologenesis or mechanisms of disease processes is expected to report on the data obtained from models using cellular, biochemical, molecular biological, animal, immunological, or other methods in conjunction with morphology.
