Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory Offers Resources to Navigate Issues Relating to War in Ukraine

May 9, 2022 – Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory is offering new expert resources to help legal and business professionals navigate issues relating to the war in Ukraine. The resources, which further the division’s financial and humanitarian support for Ukraine and Ukrainian refugees, are free of charge and available for all to access.

Resources to Support Legal Practitioners Helping Ukrainian Refugees in Poland and Hungary 

Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory in Poland has launched a new module in its LEX legal research solution to help professionals aiding Ukrainian refugees. LEX for Emergency Situations is a new specialist module that collects in one place a wide range of professional legal and industry information on legislative changes related to helping Ukrainian citizens during the war.  

The LEX for Emergency Situations module offers the latest information, including: 

  • Legal acts related to assistance to refugees; 
  • Step-by-step authorship documents explain the application of the new rules: practical comments, guides, and procedures; 
  • Specimen documents necessary for the application of the so-called Ukrainian Special Act; 
  • A database of LEX users' questions on assistance to refugees flowing into Poland and expert answers; 
  • Recordings of substantive online training; 
  • Emergency Situations desktop devoted to helping Ukrainians; and 
  • Up-to-date information from the Prawo.pl website. 

LEX for Emergency Situations, a free resource accessible to all, will be available until June 30, 2022. 

In Hungary, Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory is providing complimentary access to the legal research tool Jogtár for lawyers helping refugees. Through its open research platform net.jogtar.hu and on its legal news site, jogaszvilag.hu (legalworld), experts from Wolters Kluwer have created a special section focused on Ukrainian legal aid.  

Expert Knowledge on Social Welfare Benefits for Ukrainian Refugees in Germany
