Auditing organizational culture is a challenging area for Internal Audit. The risk and controls do not fit nicely into a risk and control matrix and lend themselves to traditional audit sampling. Culture is dynamic, regularly changing. Consequently, auditing culture needs to develop and change too. Our speaker is Jonathan Chapman who will be talking about his experience of successful culture auditing. Jonathan operated as Internal Audit Chief Operating Officer at Aviva and Lloyds Banking Group and more recently has been advising Internal Audit Executives on successful functional change. He was shortlisted in the 2018 Risk and Audit Inspirational Leader awards.
