According to the 2021 Dutch Female Board Index the number of women on Executive Boards at large Dutch companies stagnates again after two years of strong growth. Wolters Kluwer remains in the top five, as it continuously strives for an inclusive company culture. CEO Nancy McKinstry was for many years the only female CEO of a listed company in the Netherlands.
