Continuing education credits
Individuals that attend and participate throughout the entirety of our venue schedules, will receive 8 continuing education credits. A copy of our CPE crediting policy can be provided upon registrant request. In addition, a summary of CPE qualification requirements will also be summarized at the start of each event venue location (whether virtual or in-person).
Furthermore, CE, CPE, and CTEC Credits, if applicable, will be issued by CCH CPELink within 14 days after each session ends:- IRS CE credits are reported directly to your PTIN account
- CTEC credits are reported directly to the California Tax Education Council
- CPE Certificates of Completion will be available for printing and downloading from your complimentary account at CCHCPELink.com (you will receive a notification email)

Pricing and purchasing
The retail registration cost to attend one of the in-person GetWise in 2026 is $209, though a 10% early-bird discount incentive will be extended to individuals that make their registration purchase on or before August 31. To apply the discount when purchasing online, individuals will use Promo Code 26GW10.

Cancellation policy & refundsCancellations made on or before November 1, 2026, will receive a full refund. For cancellations made on or after November 2, 2026, no refund will be issued.

General questions
What is included with my GetWise registration purchase?
Your GetWise registration purchase includes the GetWise event venue of your choice (either in-person or virtual). In-person attendees will have breakfast and lunch provided.
What happens after I purchase my GetWise registration?
New registrants to the GetWise event, will receive an order confirmation email generally within 72 hours after placing their order.
Will the GetWise event itinerary and content vary across different locations?
Attendees, regardless of the location they choose, will follow the same itinerary schedule and receive the same content.
What should I consider when selecting the GetWise attendance location of my choice?
While all of our four (4) GetWise 2026 locations/venues will have the same content, our in-person venues will have different seating capacities for attendees. For instance, our Wolters Kluwer office venues (NYC and Houston) will have a smaller seating capacity than our hotel venue (Miami). The estimated seating capacities for each in-person venue is as follows:
- Houston, TX – Seating Capacity (55 attendees)
- Miami, FL – Seating Capacity (200 attendees)
- New York City, NY – Seating Capacity (60 attendees)
With these seating capacities in mind, we recommend individuals to sign-up early for the in-person event of their choice. By comparison, our GetWise Virtual event will have ample registration capacity (1000+).
