Wolters Kluwer division CEO Karen Abramson recognized as Female Executive of the Year with 2021 Silver Stevie® Award for Women in Business

Today, Wolters Kluwer announced that Karen Abramson, chief executive officer of the Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting division, was awarded a Silver Stevie® Award in the Female Executive of the Year – Business Products category of the 18th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. Abramson was recognized for her executive leadership, fostering a culture of innovation, and bringing groundbreaking solutions to market.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they run– worldwide. The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards. Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 160 business professionals around the world, working on eight juries.

Karen Abramson has been named six times among the 25 most powerful women in the accounting profession by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and CPA Practice Advisor. She was also recently honored by the 2019 SIIA CODiE™ Awards with the CEO of the Year Award and received the Woman of the Year Award from the Business Intelligence Group in the 2019 BIG Awards for Business.
