Supporting our customers in times of need

Last year, Hurricane Harvey made a deep impact on the Houston metropolitan area, disrupting the lives of millions. In this short documentary, we take a moment to celebrate our employees.

It is heartwarming to see how local communities support each other in times of need, like when hurricanes cause massive destruction. Last year, Hurricane Harvey flooded more than 200.000 homes and disrupted the lives of millions of people when it hit Texas, including most of our 200 employees living in Houston. As we have seen over the last couple of months, communities are often left devastated and struggling to get the support they need in the wake of natural disasters. The images and videos on our screens can be painful to watch, but it’s important to remember that there are many opportunities to lend a helping hand to the people affected. It is how we respond to and support each other that shows the true resilience of our communities.

We want to take this moment to celebrate the courage and dedication of our employees. In this video, we interview Geeta Lutchman and Miranda Pete who persevered in the face of Hurricane Harvey while also managing to extend themselves and help customers affected by the storm.
