A natural leader, Gaurav is inspired by enabling his teams and understands how to manage change. Early in his career, Gaurav’s father advised him to “create an environment that enables and requires your team’s best thinking and work.” Gaurav tells other managers, “When humans are involved there are no cookie cutter answers. You must work with your people and find answers that work for them. While it can be hard work, it is rewarding and gratifying to see your people excel in their roles, become leaders and scale new heights.”

Gaurav’s family is originally from the northern part of India and now calls Texas home. He enjoys celebrating the Hindu festivals of Lohri, Holi, Dusshera and Diwali with family and friends. Gaurav is a big fan of the “Punjabi” style of cooking used by his family, this cuisine is known for its rich, buttery flavors along with extensive vegetarian and meat dishes. Paranthas (stuffed clay oven baked bread) with Makhan (unsalted white butter) are the ultimate comfort food.
