Campden BRI, a renowned organization that drives science and technology in the food and drink industry, recently appeared in an article of the ‘European Baker & Biscuit, World Bakers magazine’. In this research article they discussed the importance of the bowtie method to tackle challenges that have been a focus in recent years, such as allergen management and food safety culture.
