For the past 15 years, Felicia Best has been with the TeamMate business, a part of the new Corporate Performance & ESG division of Wolters Kluwer. She started her career at TeamMate assisting professionals of all industries, at organizations around the world, with the implementation and training of the TeamMate software, supporting their unique methodologies, incorporating best practices and preparing their users for successful adoption. Felicia then transitioned to the Solution Consultant team, applying her experience performing hundreds of implementations to understanding the various audit, compliance, and data analytics needs of prospective customers and demonstrating how TeamMate’s family of intentional and thoughtfully designed software solutions can help them manage their audit and compliance risks.
Currently, Felicia manages the team of experienced Solution Consultants with various levels of audit knowledge and backgrounds. She has a passion for assisting current TeamMate AM customers with their understanding of the value and benefits of migrating to TeamMate+ Audit, providing them with the knowledge and foundation to make a more informed decision.
Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Felicia worked as an Internal Auditor for Hearst Media Corporation. She started her auditing career in the Internal Audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
