As a Senior Solutions Consultant, Felicia specializes in guiding customers in finding a solution to their audit, compliance, and data analytics needs. Currently, she specializes in the assistance of current TeamMate AM customers with their understanding of the benefits and tools available for migrating to TeamMate+ Audit, providing them with the knowledge and foundation to make a more informed decision.
Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Felicia worked as an Internal Auditor for Hearst Media Corporation. She started her auditing career in the Internal Audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
