Alona Gavrylova joined Holcim in 2023 as the Tax Sustainability Lead, where she develops and implements sustainable tax strategies aligned with the company's global sustainability objectives. Her responsibilities include ensuring compliance with international tax regulations, promoting transparency in tax reporting, and collaborating with stakeholders on responsible tax practices. She also oversees all Pillar 2 related aspects at Holcim, including compliance, implementation, and representation in discussions at the Switzerland level and with the OECD Business Advisory Group. Prior to Holcim, she spent 12 years at a Big4 firm, gaining extensive expertise in international tax advisory, corporate tax, transfer pricing, and tax compliance. She has managed complex, multi-jurisdictional projects for Fortune 500 companies and the alternative investment sector, and holds advanced degrees in Economics, contributing to several tax publications and conferences.
