Rimco Spanjer

Since August 2023, Rimco Spanjer has led Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory Benelux , serving legal and tax professionals with expert information and software solutions that help them improve productivity, mitigate risk, and make better decisions.

Prior to rejoining Wolters Kluwer, he was CEO of Malmberg for almost five years and part of the Sanoma Learning Leadership Team, where he advanced digital learning and product innovation across the Dutch education market.

Rimco previously spent two decades at Wolters Kluwer in executive roles, including Business Unit Director Legal NL, Content Unit Director, and Director Digital Products, after earlier editorial and publishing positions. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, he is active in the cultural and education sector: supervisory board member at Volksuniversiteit Utrecht and treasurer at Cultuur & School Utrecht. He is also a freelance lecturer on historical topics.

Rimco studied at Utrecht University and completed executive education at TIAS School for Business and Society.
