Janet LeVee is Vice President and Associate General Counsel for the Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory division, where she leads its legal function and serves as a member of its executive leadership team. In this role, she partners closely with senior business leaders to advance the division’s strategy, guide commercial and product initiatives, support the organization’s continued digital and AI driven transformation and undertake responsible risk management.

Janet joined the Wolters Kluwer’s Global Law & Compliance Department in 2008 and has brought more than 35 years of legal experience in advising on complex commercial, technology, and content related transactions. She plays an important role in enabling the division to advance its digital transformation and deliver market-leading expert solutions, drawing on her deep experience from nearly two decades in private practice representing early stage and emerging technology companies on commercialization, growth, and equity financing matters.

Janet holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
