Dean Sonderegger

Dean Sonderegger is the Senior Vice President & General Manager of Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions business, a leading provider in the Legal Spend and Matter Management space.

In his role, Sonderegger is responsible for all aspects of the business, including driving sustainable growth and accelerating the vision and strategy, with a particular focus on increasing operational efficiency and reducing costs for corporate legal operations through innovative technology.

Previously, he served as head of the Financial & Regulatory Reporting (FRR) business, and as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Canada and Research & Learning businesses in the Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting division. Before leading businesses in the Tax and Accounting Division, Sonderegger served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Legal Markets Group and Innovation for Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory US.

He has over 25 years of experience in the tax and legal software and services industries. He received his MBA from George Washington University and holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University.
