Shanon Conroy

Shanon Conroy is responsible for leading the Training and Business Servicing Processing (BSP) operations group and data integrity advisory group within Wolters Kluwer Compliance Solutions’ US Regulatory Consulting (USRC) team. Conroy has been with Wolters Kluwer for more than 21 years. She leads her team in offering clients a broad array of consultative services relating to the management of Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) and CRA data requirements, including data management services, submission services, as well as lending reports, maps, and analytics. 

Shanon has leveraged her industry experience and understanding of HMDA and CRA requirements to create training programs for clients. She specializes in training end users on the industry-leading software, CRA Wiz® and CRA Wiz SaaS, focusing on functionality and how clients can maximize the value of the technology.  

Shanon holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications from Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts.
