The official organ of the European Society of Veterinary and Comparative Nutrition (ESVCN) and the American Academy of Veterinary Nutrition (AAVN) publishes original papers in the fields of animal physiology, biochemistry, and physiology of nutrition, animal nutrition, feed technology, and preservation (only when related to animal nutrition).
