This edited volume examines the effects of climate change on all aspects of food production and how this is affecting food security in many parts of the world.

The effects of climate change on food production and security are many and varied and represent one of the biggest challenges facing humanity today. As the human population increases there is increasing pressure on land availability and water resources.
