Wendy Owen is a Professional Services Manager within the Customer Success team in the Tax and Accounting (TAA UK) business at Wolters Kluwer UK. Wendy has been with Wolters Kluwer for over 7 years in the Professional Services department. 

Wendy leads the project management and order scheduling team. She ensures that new customers are onboarded in a professional and consistent manner. Her team allocates resources to service orders and bills customers for the services they receive. The overall aim is to deliver an excellent Customer Experience (CX).  

Wendy takes pride in ensuring the business has a regular and accurate services revenue forecast. She also drives performance within the wider department. 

Wendy gained her BSc in Food Science and worked in an account management role within Birds Eye Walls frozen food and ice cream (Unilever). She changed her career to become a software trainer/consultant, then moved into training management in the software and legal industries. She holds qualifications for online training, ITIL, Prince2, and most recently CX Certification.
