Tamara Kling has been a Government Relations and Regional Attorney with CT Corporation for over 10 years. She works closely with state bar associations and government offices to implement changes in business entity laws. She also aids in maintaining a national database of business entity filing requirements. Additionally, Tamara lectures on topics related to business entity operations and filings, including Merger Filings, Business Entity Formation, Maintenance and Termination, LLCs, and more. She received her B.A. in Political Science from Loyola University and her J.D. from Chicago Kent College of Law. Tamara is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
