Margaret Tuohy is Vice President, Product Management of Wolters Kluwer Corporate & Legal Compliance (CLC).
Margaret leads the product management function of CLC, driving strategy, innovation, and execution across CLC’s portfolio of technology-enabled solutions. She is responsible for bringing product strategy to life — guiding the development, launch, and continuous improvement of offerings that deliver meaningful customer value and support the business’s growth priorities.
Margaret is a product and technology executive with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling digital platforms for global organizations including ADP and CNN. She has led product organizations across compliance, workforce technology, and media, delivering customer-focused solutions that improve operations, increase adoption, and drive growth. Known for leading high-performing teams in complex, regulated environments, she has extensive experience in platform modernization, AI/ML initiatives, and the evolution of next-generation digital products.
Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Margaret held senior product leadership roles at PerformLine and PeopleReady (TrueBlue). At PerformLine, she led product strategy and AI-driven innovation for marketing compliance solutions serving financial services clients. At PeopleReady, she led product and design, launching a mobile platform that leveraged AI to transform how businesses connect with contingent workers. Earlier in her career, Margaret spent several years at ADP as Vice President of Product Management and Chief Product Owner for National Accounts, where she led product strategy for enterprise clients and built a global product management organization. She has also held product leadership roles at CNN Digital and Business Insider, where she helped introduce mobile applications, platform enhancements, and partner integrations.
Margaret holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and a BA in English and Political Science from the University at Albany. She is active in mentoring future leaders through Baruch College’s Executives on Campus program and the New Jersey School Boards Association’s STEAM Tank program.
