As the Director of Content and Informatics, Cheryl supports the company’s Health Language solutions leading a team of subject matter experts that specialize in data quality.

Together, they consult with clients across the health care spectrum regarding standardized terminologies, data governance, data normalization, and risk mitigation strategies.

One of the biggest rewards of her profession comes from authoring articles. She has written several for the Journal of AHIMA, and has presented at industry events on the topics of data governance, data normalization, and standardized medical terminologies. 

Cheryl has over 30 years of medical industry experience, including 15 years of experience in health informatics. She holds a Master of Science in Informatics and has a strong interest in helping the healthcare industry move forward towards true interoperability.
