Anne Sherry

Anne Sherry is a Content Management Consultant in the Securities group of Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory U.S. She contributes to Securities Regulation Daily, RBsourceFilings, and the Commodity Futures Law Reporter; edits the Corporate Governance Guide; and is a co-author of Responsibilities of Corporate Officers and Directors Under Federal Securities Law. Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Anne practiced corporate bankruptcy law. She holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. from the University of Missouri—St. Louis.
