Comparing the firm’s output before and after their transition, Taylor could see a measurable difference. She explains, “I could really see when I would look at the WIP from one year to the next, pre-AutoFlow/post-Autoflow and pre-Axcess/Post-Axcess. I can tell a difference in the time because our preparers weren't as dependent upon manual entry. They can move things around a lot faster.”
Transforming workflows for efficiency
Reducing paper-based workflows throughout the firm has saved a lot of time, especially when it comes to finishing up the “last mile” of the process. Taylor says, “We've been trying to just get away from so much hardcopy, so much paper, and so much mailing because sometimes that takes a little longer.”
