  • Time: 2:00 PM ET
Learn how healthcare organizations are scaling evidence-based practice using the ARCC Model. Join EBP leaders to explore strategies for building infrastructure, mentoring teams, and achieving sustainable, systemwide impact.

Moving evidence-based practice (EBP) from isolated initiatives to an organization-wide capability requires more than good intentions — it requires the right framework, leadership, and infrastructure.

Join internationally recognized EBP experts Drs. Bernadette Melnyk and Lynn Gallagher-Ford, alongside nurse scientist leadership from Shriners Children’s, for an in-depth discussion on how health systems are operationalizing the ARCC (Advancing Research and Clinical Practice Through Close Collaboration) Model to scale EBP and nursing research across sites and teams.

In this session, you’ll explore how organizations are using ARCC to build mentorship, reduce silos, remove barriers to implementation, and embed EBP into daily practice. Panelists will share real-world examples and practical guidance to help leaders create a culture of inquiry, collaboration, and measurable impact.

You’ll learn:

  • How to apply the five steps of the ARCC model to create a systemwide EBP and nursing research framework
  • Strategies for overcoming common challenges such as inconsistent EBP knowledge, siloed teams, and limited visibility
  • How developing and supporting EBP mentors enables sustainable practice change at scale
  • How organizations are using Ovid® Synthesis to standardize EBP workflows, support collaboration, and track outcomes

The webinar will include a live demonstration of Ovid® Synthesis, showcasing how the platform supports ARCC-aligned workflows — from clinical inquiry and critical appraisal through implementation, evaluation, and dissemination.

Whether you’re a clinician, researcher, educator, or administrator, this session will offer practical insights to help you scale EBP and turn evidence-based practice into an organizational strength.
