Join Craig Lockwood, Allan Finn, and speaker Dr. Alice Windle to explore practical considerations for implementing change and innovation in aged care.

Drawing on her research into aged care implementation, Dr. Alice Windle explores the practical realities of implementing innovations in challenging environments. Using the JBI methodology as a foundation, her work unpacks a body of research stemming from a comprehensive scoping review that identifies the five core factors influencing successful change: organizational context, individual attitudes and capabilities, relational dynamics, the adaptability of innovations, and effective implementation strategies.

What you will learn

  • Identify and address key considerations for successful implementation in aged care settings.
  • Assess readiness for change and plan tailored implementation projects to meet the needs of local environments and stakeholders.

A Readiness Assessment Tool for Implementing Innovations in Aged Care will be shared at the end of the webinar to support your organization in driving meaningful change.
