Explore how nurse-led EBP and QI initiatives create value through ROI. Learn to identify meaningful outcomes, communicate impact, and see how new technology streamlines improvement and supports nursing excellence.

Nursing innovation is transforming healthcare — but not all impact is captured in traditional financial metrics. Join us for a dynamic webinar exploring how evidence-based practice (EBP) and quality improvement (QI) initiatives are redefining value through both return on investment (ROI) and the increasingly essential value of investment (VOI) framework.

This session will illustrate how nurse-led initiatives elevate patient outcomes, strengthen clinician well-being, support health equity, and advance organizational performance — even when financial ROI isn’t the primary driver. You’ll hear strategies for identifying and communicating meaningful “So What” outcomes, learn how value categories bring clarity to impact, and see how Ovid® Synthesis helps operationalize and measure both ROI and VOI at scale.

The webinar will include a live demonstration of Ovid Synthesis, showcasing how this innovative solution streamlines improvement work, accelerates dissemination, and supports Magnet® designation efforts. Whether you're a nursing leader, educator, or frontline clinician, this session will empower you to champion the full value of nursing and drive measurable, sustainable improvement across your organization.
