Ann Roberson is Vice President of FCC Operations within the Wolters Kluwer Financial & Corporate Compliance (FCC) division. In this role, she leads an integrated organization spanning the Fulfilment Center of Excellence, Compliance Center of Excellence, and Business Enablement, overseeing more than 650 professionals responsible for operational execution, regulatory support, and strategy enablement across the division.
FCC Operations delivers critical capabilities for FCC and its business units, including regulatory and industry content management, strategic program execution, audit and compliance readiness, capacity planning, digital enablement, and the fulfillment of high-volume, time-sensitive client requests such as search, filing, print, and document management services that underpin regulatory and transactional compliance nationwide.
Roberson also oversees an extensive network of external service providers and drives automation and process modernization initiatives that enable her teams to execute millions of transactions annually with speed, accuracy, and resilience. Her leadership has contributed to improved cost efficiency and the FCC division’s industry-leading Net Promoter Score®.
With more than two decades of experience in operations leadership, vendor strategy, and business transformation, Roberson is recognized for aligning strategy, operating models, and execution to deliver measurable business outcomes. Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, she led the UCC Division at the Ohio Secretary of State, gaining foundational experience in public-sector compliance and regulatory filings.
In 2021, Corporate Vision Magazine named Roberson Technology Operations Executive Leader of the Year in its Technology Innovator Awards.
She holds a bachelor's degree in business management and has completed certifications in finance and data analysis.
