Ann Roberson is Vice President, Fulfillment Center of Excellence, within the Wolters Kluwer Financial & Corporation Compliance (FCC) division. In this role, she leads a team of over 500 professionals responsible for the fulfillment of critical client requests, including search, file, print, and document management services that support regulatory and transactional compliance for the division’s customers across the U.S.

Roberson also manages an extensive network of external service providers and has embraced automation to help her team execute millions of transactions annually. Her focus on operational excellence, strategic process improvement, and client experience has contributed to the FCC division’s industry-leading Net Promoter Score®.

Roberson has more than two decades of experience in operations management, vendor strategy, and business transformation and has held several senior leadership roles over the past 30 years at Wolters Kluwer. Before joining the company, she led the UCC Division at the Ohio Secretary of State, gaining foundational experience in public-sector compliance and regulatory filings.

Roberson is recognized for her ability to align technology with business priorities and for driving scalable, cost-effective solutions with measurable impact. In 2021, Corporate Vision Magazine honored her as Technology Operations Executive Leader of the Year in its Technology Innovator Awards. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and has completed certifications in finance and data analysis.
