Support & Maintenance subscription
We work on the continuous improvement of the bowtie software, with regular updates and new features. To benefit from these improvements, we offer Support & Maintenance. A valid Support & Maintenance contract entitles you to efficient and knowledgeable assistance of our support team. On top of that, the newest versions of our software will be available for you to work with.
With a valid Support & Maintenance subscription, you are entitled to:
- Free updates and upgrades of the software within your license type
- Technical and methodological support (9 am – 5 pm CET every Monday to Friday with the exception of Dutch bank holidays)
- Free license transfers to another device or another user
- Free invitation to our webinars to improve your barrier-based software skills
- 10% discount on the Safety Culture & Human Factors course by Prof. Dr. Jop Groeneweg
