Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory Solutions appoints Frank Vrancken Peeters as Regional Managing Director of Region Western Europe; Frans Klaassen as Managing Director in the Netherlands.
Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory Solutions is pleased to announce that Frank Vrancken Peeters, CEO of Wolters Kluwer in the Netherlands and Regional Managing Director of the region Northern Europe, has been appointed as Regional Managing Director of the new region Western Europe consisting of the Netherlands, Belgium, Scandinavia, France and Spain.
As Frank assumes this expanded responsibility, Frans Klaassen has been named Managing Director for Legal & Regulation Solutions in the Netherlands. Klaassen formerly held the position of Business Unit Director for the Kluwer Tax & Accounting business in the Netherlands.
"I am very pleased that Frans will now lead the Dutch L&RS business, which will further benefit from his strong record of customer-focused innovation," said Frank Vrancken Peeters. "I will continue to work closely with the activities of Wolters Kluwer in the Dutch market and look forward to my new expanded responsibilities as RMD of the region Western Europe."

The new positions for Frank and Frans will become effective January 1, 2015.
