Wolters Kluwer collaborates with the National Safety Council to enhance workplace safety

In an exciting new collaboration, Wolters Kluwer and the National Safety Council (NSC) have joined forces to conduct pioneering research aimed at strengthening workplace safety and driving digital transformation.

Safety & Health, an NSC publication, announced the collaboration on November 5, 2025. Jay Vietas, senior director of research at NSC said of the survey, "This collaboration brings together two organizations deeply committed to advancing safety through innovation and insight. The findings will help us better understand the challenges safety professionals face and guide organizations toward solutions that not only meet today’s needs but anticipate tomorrow’s risks.”

This survey underscores Wolters Kluwer's commitment to delivering innovative solutions and insights that empower safety leaders and organizations worldwide.

  • Regulatory compliance in an evolving environment
  • Prevention of serious incidents and fatalities (SIFs)
  • Workforce transformation

According to Richard Pulliam, SVP & General Manager of Wolters Kluwer Enablon, the collaboration with NSC offers a unique opportunity to harness data-driven insights for advancing workplace safety. Said Pulliam, "Together, we are launching a comprehensive survey of safety professionals to better understand the challenges and opportunities they face in a rapidly evolving environment shaped by technology, regulation, and workforce transformation."

Data-driven insights to shape the future of safety
The Wolters Kluwer-NSC survey results are anticipated to be released in early 2026, accompanied by a suite of resources, including best practice guidance. These tools will support safety leaders in benchmarking progress and accelerating innovation within their organizations.
