Celebrating Pride Month

June is Pride Month, a celebration and recognition of the impact that members of the LGBTQIA+ community have had in history. At Wolters Kluwer, we know that a highly engaged, diverse workforce drives better decisions, innovation, and overall performance.

As we celebrate Pride Month, we asked our colleagues and leaders what Pride means to them. Bill Baker, Chief Human Resources Officer, reflected on his personal journey as a member of the #LGBTQIA+ community and the power of a culture of belonging that encourages all employees to be their authentic selves.
