Frequently Asked Questions About the NCNP Conference

NCNP Fall 2025 is a fully virtual continuing education conference designed exclusively for nurse practitioners. This event offers over 50 CE credits and 35+ pharmacology (Rx) credits, through a flexible, interactive online platform.

The conference will be held virtually from October 22-24, 2025. All sessions will be accessible online, both live and on-demand through January 22, 2026.

NCNP is ideal for nurse practitioners across all specialties who are looking to expand their clinical knowledge, earn CE/Rx credits, and connect with peers and experts in the field.

Registration is open now on our Registration Page. Once registered, you’ll receive login credentials and access instructions for the virtual platform.

Your registration includes access to all sessions, on-demand recordings, downloadable resources, and CE/Rx credit tracking.

You can register for access to sessions at any time during the 90-day on-demand phase (ending January 22, 2026).

The registration fee for NCNP is $399.

Yes! Attendees can earn 1.5 continuing education (CE) credits for each 90-minute session attended. In addition, advanced pharmacology (Rx) credits are available for many sessions as well. A total of 50+ CE and 35 Rx credits can be earned within 90 days of the virtual event — January 22, 2026 is the last day to claim your credit.

Lippincott® Professional Development is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. To view accreditation statements and other pertinent information regarding CE, click on the CE tab.

Attend or watch sessions in their entirety and complete the session surveys. The survey tool is located on the right side of the screen among the tabs within each session page. You must complete the survey for each session for which you would like to earn CE and/or Rx credit. Watch all sessions you wish by the end of the on-demand period: January 22, 2026 is the last day to complete your session surveys and earn credit. Credit certificates, which include a summary of all earned credits, will be emailed to you automatically at various time points. If you need a copy of your certificate sooner, please contact us.

Your certificate will be emailed to you at various time points. You will receive the first version of your certificate on October 24, 2025, after the livestream concludes. Throughout the on-demand period, you will also receive a copy of your certificate once per month. Credits will continue to accumulate on your certificate as you watch sessions and complete session surveys throughout the on-demand phase if you wish to take advantage of NCNP’s flexible learning format. Please note that credit will only be available for earning through the date of conclusion (January 22, 2026). Please claim your credit by completing your session evaluation surveys and your certificate will be sent to you by email.

The conference will be hosted through our online Attendee Hub. You will receive access to your Attendee Hub login details upon completing your registration. We recommend that you log in upon receiving that email to familiarize yourself to the Attendee Hub setup, particularly if you are joining for the event livestream. The Attendee Hub supports streaming, interactive Q&A, virtual networking and discussions, and session replays. It also hosts additional information that may be of interest to you from our sponsors.

Login details will be provided to you when you register for NCNP. Our website uses two-factor authentication, so please have your phone or email handy to be able to access your account. We recommend bookmarking the page or adding a link to it in your calendar if you plan to attend the livestream!

Definitely. Sessions include live Q&A segments where speakers will be available for follow-up discussions.

Once you are logged into the Attendee Hub, select the Schedule tab at the top of the page and click the Sessions link to choose the courses you’d like to attend. Handouts will become available during the livestream event; they are included within each session presentation on the right-hand side of the player and labeled as Resources. Attendees can also access this information for 90 days following the livestream.

Yes! Once you are logged into the Attendee Hub, use the navigation at the top of the page to view the Schedule or personalize your agenda.

All recordings (except the Product Theaters) are available for on-demand viewing through the deadline. You can log in to the Attendee Hub to watch or rewatch content at any time throughout the on-demand period and continue to earn credits.

Once you are logged into the Attendee Hub, select the Schedule tab at the top of the page and select Session 101 Posters. Posters can be viewed on the right-hand side of the page and are labeled as Resources. After viewing the posters, be sure to complete the evaluation "survey" on the right side of the screen to earn 1 credit.

Although there is a dedicated time within the program to view the poster presentations, they can also be viewed at your convenience.
