Regulatory in late 2025, Viktor has been the CEO of Libra by Wolters Kluwer, leading its pan-European expansion.
Viktor brings extensive experience and expertise as a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer. He studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, the University of Paris I Panthèon-Sorbonne and the University of Oxford (M.Jur.) and spent ten years practicing as a disputes lawyer, including at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP.
After his legal career, Viktor founded Libra in 2023 to turn law into an empowering tool. His mission is to use responsible AI to elevate legal work, augment lawyers, and unlock access to legal expertise at scale.
