Tom Campanelli is Executive Vice President, Finance, for the Wolters Kluwer Financial & Corporate Compliance (FCC) division, a provider of lending, regulatory and investment compliance solutions to financial institutions and legal entity management and corporate services to corporations, small and midsize businesses, and law firms.
In his role, Campanelli leads the financial strategy and direction of the division with expertise in operational finance and partners with senior executives to drive complex decision making and deliver improved results.
Campanelli is a seasoned finance leader with a strong track record of working in large, matrixed organizations delivering transformation and elevated financial and business insights and results. Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, he had a successful 20+ year career with IBM, holding several leadership positions. Campanelli most recently served as Vice President and CFO for IBM Cloud Platform and previously was Vice President & CFO of IBM’s Security business.
Campanelli holds an MBA in finance from Fordham Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in finance from The College of William & Mary.
