Stephan Grunwald is Senior Partner of the management consultancy 4C GROUP AG and has been advising clients of various company sizes and industries in the focus areas of corporate management and transformation for more than 30 years.
The foundation of his consulting lies in the CFO office, especially in finance and controlling, the quantitative basis of corporate management. This includes reporting & planning but also the future, changed target image of finance through digitalization and changed roles in finance.
For more than 10 years, Mr. Grunwald has been deeply convinced that ESG must be an integral part of corporate management in order to enable a successful future for all of us. In the past years, Mr. Grunwald has been involved in numerous projects on all aspects of ESG, including ESG reporting, strategy development and changes in the management organization.
