Søren is Tax Partner and the head of International and Deals Tax. Søren works primarily with tax consultancy of large companies and groups with international relations. Søren has more than 25 years of experience and is internationally recognized for his extensive experience in all aspects of international taxation, such as global restructurings, IP planning, mergers and acquisitions of international enterprises, set-up of corporate structures and financing structures, permanent establishments and EU law.
Søren has a wide-ranging international network and is a member of PwC's Global ITS leaders group, and is personally acquainted with top advisors in a large number of countries. Søren has for a number of years worked with more general subjects such as tax strategy, total tax contribution and tax transparency and is also the lead of PwC Denmark's Total Tax Contribution initiative.
