Sandy Buchanan is a licensed cybersecurity engineer with more than a decade of experience working with safety-critical and security-critical systems. In his current role as Lead Product Manager for TeamMate he supports the evolution of TeamMate’s Risk and Compliance solution, with a particular focus on AI and automation of compliance capabilities in complex regulatory environments.
Prior to joining TeamMate, Sandy advised organizations in compliance and regulation-heavy industries on cybersecurity strategy, designing and maturing cybersecurity and compliance programs aligned to business and engineering objectives. He has worked with clients across a wide range of technology and heavy industries, is a Professional Engineer and holds the CISSP, CISM, and CISA certifications.
