Melissa has 23 years of experience advising on regulatory compliance matters across a wide range of financial products and services. Her expertise spans commercial lending, small business administration (SBA) lending, consumer direct, home equity, and mortgage.
Melissa has served as a compliance lead on complex lending software implementations, translating regulatory requirements into system functionality and workflows. She has deep experience integrating compliance content into loan origination systems (LOS), including TILA, TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID), and HMDA, and has worked extensively with Software as a Service (SaaS)-based LOS platforms. In prior roles, Melissa supported product demonstrations, user summits, and sprint reviews, and is proficient in Wolters Kluwer’s knowledge bases, including E-Forms, xDDS/DDS, and Expere® for federal and state-level regulatory content.
Melissa is based in St. Cloud, Minnesota, and holds extensive experience in both business systems analysis and regulatory consulting.
