Marco worked for several consulting firms and software vendors in various research & development, sales, consulting and management positions. At two software vendors, he started new departments for the go-to-market of new products. At an international consulting firm, he co-started the Dutch practice. He was founder of a Dutch consulting firm, turned into a Benelux software distributor that grew to more than 34 employees with more than 140 medium sized and large enterprise customers, and restructured and grew the Nordic subsidiary to 10 employees with more than 20 customers.
